The Scott Cao 450 violins are available in the sizes 4/4, 3/4, 1/2, 1/4. This instrument is a very good choice for its' price. The instrument will be set up in our workshop for optimal performance, consisting at least of:

• correcting or replacing the nut
• checking the tuning pegs
• planing, shaping and polishing the fingerboard
• adjusting or replacing the bridge
• adjusting or replacing the sound-post
• fitting a set of Pirastro Tonica or Larsen Aurora strings (or similar European or US quality)
• optimal regulation of sound and tone.

We ship the case it comes in from the factory together with your violin, however we consider it : "for light use only" , no warranty given. A basic quality bow will be supplied as well. In our webshop you will find several cases and bows for replacemenr. Do not forget a shoulder rest! Of course we are open for special wishes: please let us know!
