How to order

  • Place your orders by clicking the “add to cart” or "order" button. Confirm your order and finally click : check out”. Follow the instructions and mark the options of your choice.

  • There is no minimum order treshhold: orders for single E strings will be welcomed as well.

  • All prices mentioned in EURO, VAT included. Customers outside the EU will see the export prices when they pick the country of destination from the drop-down list in the shopping cart.

  • Orders from outside the EU will be invoiced and shipped without VAT (btw), but with a full or abbreviated customs declaration. Buyer is responsible for local import taxes and duties. Taxes and duties paid outside the Netherlands cannot claimed back on us in case of returns.

  • We concentrate on end-users, but companies can order as well. EU companies should contact us before ordering and provide us their VAT registration. Placed orders will be final for customers.

  • When placing orders with us, you will be asked for some data. Please fill out the form completely. Incomplete data may cause delay in delivery or can eventually block the shipment.

  • Provided data will only be used for internal accounting, will never be handed to third parties and will be securely filed within our office.

  • Every order will be charged with a fee for handling, including shipping. Strings and small items within NL: 1.95€. Larger items. other countries and parcelware will be charged an additional fee, depending on destination and weight.

  • Any shipment, not fitting in a standard letterbox will be shipped by PostNL (Royal Dutch Mail) Recorded mail(Recommandé) parcel or Post.nl "Track&Trace" parcel.

Sisow is our reliable partner for payment. Paypal payments will be handled by PayPal directly.

Customers from the Netherlands

Due to the advantages, low cost for businesses and widespread acceptance of iDeal payment, we ask everyone with access to iDeal to use this payment system.

Customers from other countries

All mayor payment options will appear on the checkout page after choosing the country of destination

Shipping

Small items, passing through a standard letterbox, will be shipped for a special letterbox-rate of €1,95-€2,95 (Netherlands) or €4,00-€6,00 (all other countries). We use protective Sealed Air envelopes or special small boxes.

Parcels (violin cases, music stands, rosin etc) will be shipped by PostNL for €7,95 (Netherlands) €13,20 (Belgium and Germany). We use PostNL recorded mail-parcels for all other countries in the world, for a charge between €18 - €35, depending on the distance. Larger objects (cello cases) will be shipped to EU countries only for a special higher charge, depending on the distance. Our shipping charges include charges for tax, handling and packing. Your shippning charges will be shown on the checkout page after choosing the country of destination and before the final order button.

Not at home? PostNL or its' local partner will send you a message with the expected delivery-moment (or alternatives) For destinations local habits and regulations may apply.

For environmental reasons we re-use boxes and wrapping material as often as possible.

Stock info

Scale and type of our business imply a practical impossibility to give on-line actual stock- information. Most items showed are in stock and can be shipped the same (working) day or can be shipped within a few days after ordering. In case of non-stock you will always be contacted and be given an estimate for delivery: cancelling is always possible. In some cases we decide to send a first and second shipment, without extra charges. Shop pick up,

We ask customers in our neigbourhood, wanting to pick up items in our shop, NOT to place an order in the webshop, but to just drop by in our brick and mortar shop and pay by PIN transaction (or cash if PIN is not possible)

Returns

You Have the Right to cancel orders  wiithin 14 days after receipt. Canceling by email, phone or return form. From the moment of canceling goods should be returned within 14 days. Returns travel at buyers'risk and cost. I suggest a recorded/insured shipping method. On receipt of the returned goods a refund for goods and initial shippiing cost willl be made within 14 days. Returns after the legal period will only be accepted after our prior consent.
